Transformation of lentor hill
As the government actively transforms the Woodlands Regional Centre - North Coast Corridor, Punggol Digital District, Seletar Regional Centre, and Seletar Aerospace Hub, they continue to release land through Government Land Sales (GLS) to accommodate population growth and meet the increasing demand.
In the URA Masterplan 2019, the planning authority solidified the designation of Lentor Hills for residential use, providing a total of 11 land plots. Nestled in the northeastern region of Singapore, Lentor Hills strategically positions itself for new residential developments.
